1. Return Eligibility:
– To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.
– Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days from the date of purchase.
2. Return Process:
– To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support at contact@erthoofficial.com to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
– Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
3. Returns by Mail:
– Please securely package the item(s) and include a copy of the original packing slip or order confirmation.
– Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Refund Method:
– Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
– Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Exchange Process:
– Exchanges are subject to product availability.
– If the desired item is unavailable, you may order using the exact amount or a refund will be processed.
